Description:

-         Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent

-         At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

-         Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent

-         Must be knowledgeable in F&B and Banquet operations

-         Must have an eye for details (food standards, costs, safety and the like)

-         Must be committed in delivering a high level of customer service

-         Must be able to resolve conflicts, thorough and organized

-         Must be able to demonstrate leadership and teamwork oriented

-         Must be able to work a flexible schedule

-         Must be able to maintain a professional appearance

-         Must be knowledgeable in Point of Sales (POS) software

Experience in hotel industry set-up is an advantage
