The Chief Steward is responsible for the operation and coordination of the Stewarding department. Functions such as ware washing, glassware, silverware, Chinaware, stainless-steelware, banquet service, all restaurants, all bars, staff Café, storage of all operating equipment garbage and bottle room, cleaning of all kitchen and associated areas and reports to the Executive Chef & Director of F&B.
· Proven background in 5* hotels, 5 to 7 years of experience
· Strong leadership skills and able to train
· Strong HACCP and hygiene knowledge
· Proven track record overseeing multiple outlets
