Provides general management support throughout the hotel at all times, monitoring guest satisfaction, security matter, employee activity and quality-related matters in the hotel.
· Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience
· Highly articulate and proficient in both written and spoken English
· Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus
· Good understanding of Hotel Property Management System (PMS) and hotel’s Policies and Procedures
· Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
· Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
· Must be willing to work long hours
