Provides general management support throughout the hotel at all times, monitoring guest satisfaction, security matter, employee activity and quality-related matters in the Hotel.
* With at least 1 year of relevant experience
* Highly articulate and proficient in both written and spoken English
* Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus
* Good understanding of Hotel Property Management System (PMS) and hotel’s Policies and Procedures
* Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
* Must be willing to work long hours
