Drive catering revenue and profitability through achievement of monthly goals. Work to develop, build, and maintain long-term relationships with clients to achieve related revenue/profit and customer satisfaction goals. Responsible for managing assigned events. Prepare all event documentation and coordinates with sales, hotel departments, and customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout the whole event phase. Serves as the event planner’s primary contact on property and is responsible for the overall experience.
· Proven background in 5* hotels, minimum of 3 years experience in Events
· With good leadership skills, high stress tolerance, decision-making and communication skills
· Planning, Organizational, Administration and Management skills are a must
· Knowledgeable in events and catering and hotel operations are an advantage
