Description:
The F&B Supervisor is mainly responsible for ensuring the service and delivery of menu items in the assigned restaurant is of high level quality and consistency. The F&B Supervisor is expected to assist the Restaurant Manager with regards to restaurant outlet operations.

Qualification:

·         Preferably with a Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management;

·         Preferably with at least 2 years of experience as Outlet Supervisor or Team Leader

·         Must be outgoing, people-oriented, motivator and self-starter, customer oriented and creative

·         Must be computer and financial knowledge

·         Must be willing to work long hours
