To ensure the food production team provides a consistent quality of food & beverage in the area / shift under his control, as per corporate preset standards, in order to achieve the maximum level of guest satisfaction and organizational profitability in an atmosphere of teamwork and high employee morale.
* Culinary degree diploma; With strong working knowledge of International Cuisine, buffet and a la carte.
* Preferably with at least 5 years of culinary experience in a large hotel chain or equivalent
* Must be self-starter, team player, positive role model, and goals oriented
* Efficient in allocating resources and effective in executing cost control processes
* Must be able to create, innovate and introduce new menu ideas
* Must be willing to work long hours
