Management or equivalent.

Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or
equivalent

Must be
able to comply with all Food and Beverage brand standards

good understanding of inventory management systems

good communication, interpersonal and managerial skills

an eye for detail and socially confident

Must be up
to date with food and beverage trends and best practices

Must have a
strong understanding in operational controls, forecasting, menu planning

Must be
able to work independently and proactively in a fast paced-environment

able to anticipate situations and flexible to respond to a range of different
work situations
