Candidate
must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology/Human Resource
Management/Behavioral Science or equivalent

with work experience in the hospitality industry

have a significant knowledge of HR policies and processes

be able to work independently with minimal supervision

be able to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work

have a proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills

be well-versed in various MS Office applications

have an excellent communication and presentation skills

be highly organized and be able to adapt to organizational changes

be able to exercise considerable judgment in building relationships across all
