Management Training Program
Chroma Hospitality offers a Management Development Program to new graduates on every level from lower management right up to top-level executives. The program is an 18-month comprehensive course that aims to equip high-potential individuals with everything they need to become part of our management team. The program has four phases that each expose trainees to a different area of hotel operations.
